Where are lessons held?

Folsom:

What are your payment options?

Payments are made via your Jane account. After your student arrives to class, I will "check them in" and your card on file will automatically be charged and a receipt will be sent to the email on file.

How much do lessons cost?

Group lessons (6-8 people) cost $30 each. Read our cancellation policy for more details.

What should I bring to my first lesson?

Athletic clothes

What is my weather policy?

Rain: Classes will be cancelled if the rain prediction is over 50% during our lesson time or up to the coaches discretion
Heat: Classes will be cancelled if the temperatures are 100+ during our lesson time or up to the coaches discretion
Air Quality: Classes will be cancelled if the AQI is over 150 or up to the coaches discretion
Wind: Classes will be cancelled if the wind is over 20mph or up to the coaches discretion
Cold: Classes will be cancelled if the temperatures are 35 & below during our lesson time or up to the coaches discretion

*I will do my best to give you at least a 24-hour warning if classes need to be cancelled, however, weather can be unpredictable*

Health & Safety

Hand Sanitizer is available before, during and after each lesson.
Equipment is sanitized in between lessons.
Dots are placed on the court 3-6 feet apart so students can be spaced out.
Students that are feeling ill are advised to stay home and rest.

How do I sign up for lessons?

Fill out the wait list form, you will be notified when sign ups for the next season are opening
Complete your Jane Account set up.
Wait for your confirmation invite email.

Students registered for group lessons commit to come weekly for the season (Fall, Spring, or Summer). The more you play, the better you get!

New students can try two $30 group lessons before committing. Once committed for the semester, you must remain in the course through the end of the semester.

What is my cancellation policy?

Students who register for a semester of group lessons will be signing up for every lesson offered within the age group and day/time selected. Students will be auto-charged the cost of the lesson at the start of each group lesson, whether or not the student attends.

We know life can be unpredictable. If you are unable to attend the lesson you signed up for, you will be invited to a free make-up lesson (weather and the coach's availability permitted) which occurs most Tuesdays.

Of course, students will never be charged for lessons canceled by Coach Kellie due to poor weather, holidays (see calendar), or if she is unavailable.

Semi Private & Private:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your lesson. Students who provide less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee equaling 50% of the lesson cost. Students who no-show to a lesson without notifying Coach Kellie will be charged 100% of the lesson cost.

*Two no-shows will result in removal from class*
